GuocoLand Raih Penghargaan Pengembang Terbaik Singapura

PROPERTY INSIDE - PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapura) kembali digelar untuk ketujuh kalinya. Event ini menggambarkan citra positif real estat Singapura yang saat ini sedang memimpin kawasan ASEAN dalam konsep green building, inovasi teknologi dan arsitektural. Lebih dari 20 perusahaan menerima penghargaan yang dihelat di Sands Expo and Convention Center di Marina Bay Sands.

Hari V. Krishnan, CEO PropertyGuru Group menyampaikan, penyelenggaraan PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards secara profesional menunjukkan keunggulan produk-produk real estat dan para developer yang mengembangkannya. Keunggulan ini dinilai secara independen oleh para panel ahli di industri ini yang telah dipercaya kredibilitasnya.

"Event penghargaan ini kami dedikasikan kepada para konsumen pembeli properti agar dapat menemukan pengembang terbaik, dan akhirnya ini membantu mereka dalam membuat keputusan properti yang tepat,” ucapnya.

Pada moment ini, GuocoLand, pengembangan kawasan terpadu Tanjong Pagar Center meraih penghargaan sebagai Pengembang Terbaik (Singapura), dan dipuji sebagai inovator kota teladan. Para juri menilai perusahaan ini adalah pemimpin urbanisasi dengan proyek berprofil tinggi seperti Tanjong Pagar Center. Selain itu, proyek yang juga mendapat Best Green Development.

Sementara perusahaan developer Lian Beng Group Ltd meraih penghargaan Best Boutique Developer. Perusahaan ini juga mendapat penghargaan khusus untuk pembangunan berkelanjutan dan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR). Pemenang besar lainnya tahun ini termasuk mix used development Bintang Kovan oleh Property Enterprises Development (S) Pte Ltd, yang dipuji sebagai "glamourous" oleh para juri.

Para pemenang utama nantinya akan maju ke kompetisi Grand Final tahunan PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, di mana delegasi dan calon regional dari seluruh Asia akan berkumpul untuk bersaing menjadi perusahaan developer terbaik di Asia.
